Canadian actress. Matchett started her acting career in Ontario after she moved from Saskatchewan's town of Spalding. The mid-1990s saw her begin a professional career in Canadian television. She then moved back to United States, where she was a star in The Secrets of Nero Wolfe Invasion 24-Hour Studio 60 on The Sunset Strip Ambulance Earth. It was the Last Conflict. She received a Gemini Award, in 2001 for her part in the lead character on the Canadian TV show The Department of Wet Cases. In addition, she played the ex-wife of one of the characters on several seasons of the television show Impact. Since 2010, she has been playing the role of Joan Campbell in the TV series Covert Operations. Cube 2 was a Canadian feature film that debuted in 2002.
